A frozen container is only as good as its weakest temperature reading. Our process is built so that from the U.S. plant to your destination port, the product never leaves −18°C.
Sourcing from U.S. manufacturers
We buy directly from SQF- and USDA-inspected plants, with certificates of analysis per lot.
Consolidation in Miami
Cold storage partners in South Florida receive, inspect and consolidate mixed loads at −20°C.
Reefer booking & export docs
40' HC reefers set at −18°C with genset backup. We prepare commercial invoice, packing list, BL, certificate of origin, health certificates and Certificate of Free Sale — apostilled when the destination requires it.
Sanitary registration support
We support your import permits and product registration (e.g. sanitary registries in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic) with manufacturer documentation packages.
Arrival & temperature evidence
Data loggers travel in every container. You receive the full temperature record with your document set.
Incoterms we work with
FOB Miami / Port Everglades, CFR and CIF to main Latin American ports. EXW available for buyers with their own logistics.
Destination markets
Venezuela, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic and the wider Caribbean. Transshipment via Colón Free Zone available.
